Can you detoxify the body through proper breathing?
Answer: You can!

Detox is on everyone’s lips these days. What is usually meant is an intestinal rehabilitation through fasting and the supply of certain vitamins and vital substances. What is less well known is that one can detoxify through proper breathing.

The drug of choice is the 4-7-8 breathing sequence
A very good method is the 4-7-8 breathing sequence already presented in “Calm stress”.
– inhale for 4 seconds,
– holds the breath for 7 seconds
– and exhales for 8 seconds.
Duration: around 4-5 breaths.
Why is this method so effective?
By darting in and holding your breath for a relatively long time, more oxygen flows into the lungs. From there, the oxygen particles are passed into the blood and transported in this way to cells throughout the body.
The cells receive more energy and give off more carbon dioxide, which increasingly leaves the body through the exhaled air.

The following breathing exercise has several advantages:
It strengthens the cells and ensures a better removal of waste products. So it helps the body to detoxify better. The long exhalation phase also promotes relaxation.
It also strengthens the heart and improves circulation, which in turn benefits all organs in the body, including the skin. So it’s worth doing this breathing exercise at least once a day.

To stop counting, use the basic breathing exercise.
You achieve a strengthening and calming effect during the day and at night.
