Roll the back crease
Rolling the back crease down: Take a fold on the top of the back with both hands to the left and right of the spine. It should be at least so thick that the grab or “pinch” is pleasant. Roll them down from top to bottom as well as possible. Invigorating effect on the back muscles.
Push the back
Rubbing the back in a sliding way: gently push with gentle pressure along the back from top to bottom with both hands. Use some massage oil. You can rub along on the muscle strands right and left of the spine and also on the spine directly. Duration: a few minutes. Relaxing effect on the back muscles.
