    Kidney Yin deficiency

    1. How do you recognize kidney yin deficiency?

    · Not enough marks for the brain: dizziness, tinnitus, forgetfulness
    · Not enough nutrition for bones: back and bone pain
    · Not enough body fluids: Dry mouth, constipation, sparse, dark yellow urine
    · Not enough defense qi (withdraws inside): Night sweat (evaporation through emptiness heat)
