Lung meridian Introduction

Physically responsible for

· First human contact point between outside and inside (also for pathogenic factors)
· Distribute inhaled air energy in the body, release expired air (Qi) through exhalation
· Responsible for the outer shell, the skin (opens / closes pores, is responsible for perspiration)
· It moves the water (moisture) over the waterways in the body
· It leads down lung qi (water, moisture) (supports natural water elimination)
· First stage of infection defense, mainly responsible for immunity of the body

Mentally responsible for

· Be able to socialize and hold relationships
· Good sense, inspiration, recording, mentally and mentally sensing spiritual heights,
· Engine that can accept everything in a friendly and calm manner, perform above average, ready to give the last one,
· Can be overactive, endure suffering, necessarily fulfill a goal (an idea, a task), deal with oneself, be one hundred percent, perfect, as if a hunger winter is imminent, nothing can go wrong,

Often occurring patterns and their treatment

Lung Qi Deficiency

Difficulty in breathing, weak voice, sweating, aversion to the cold, a tendency to cough, coughing, shortness of breath, watery secretions of the mucous membrane, tiredness, bright white face, pale tongue, empty pulse.
Recommended points: Lu9 (strengthens lung), Lu7 (especially for cough), B13, GV12 (strengthen lung qi), CV6 (strengthens qi), St36 (strengthens the stomach and spleen and strengthens the lungs)

Lung yin deficiency

Cough is dry, possibly with sticky secretions, heat sensation especially in the afternoon or evening, night sweats, insomnia, dry mouth and throat, hoarseness, tickling in the throat, red tongue without tongue with cracks in the lung area. Lack of body fluids and dryness are noticeable here.

Dryness of the lungs

Before lung yin deficiency develops, there may already be a lack of body fluids with dryness symptoms such as dry cough, dry skin, dry throat, dry mouth, thirst, panic.
Recommended points: Lu9 (moisturizes the lungs), CV4 strengthens kidney yin and juices), Sp6 (nourishes body fluids), CV12 (strengthens stomach and nourishes juices)
