Make muscle strands elastic next to the spine

Effect:
Relaxes the upper back comfortably.

Knead muscles

Location:
Place both thumbs on the left and right of the spine on the clearly palpable muscle strands.

Treatment:
With your thumbs or fingers in a row from top to bottom and push each one slightly stronger in the muscle strands. Start at the top of the back, continue between the shoulder blades.

Duration: 5 to 10 seconds per point or per point combination.

Partner:
Allow the partner a few breaths to find the pleasant effects.

Keep at least one hand on the body of the partner.

Special form:
While both hug each other, they can either simultaneously or consecutively work on the two points with their fingers on each other’s shoulder.

Swap yourself, start gently and increase the power a bit. You can also cross the area between the shoulder blades. Otherwise, simply rely on your intuition and feel how it pleases the other. Massage gently when pregnant.
