Even if you only treat your selected favorite points quickly, i.e. only for 2 to 3 breaths a day, the internal organs or parts of the body or the body as a whole connected to the corresponding conduits are strengthened and energized as a whole.

For many Chinese (but also in other Asian countries), not only are qigong exercises popular in the central park of Beijing, for example, but people there also complete short point-press programs to promote health and fitness at home.

After a point press treatment you will feel permanently at ease. You have done something for your health, your well-being and your energy.

In any case, the points have a positive effect on the body. If you like it, you can increase the effect by accompanying the treatment of a point with positive thoughts and feelings. This is also quite common in Qigong or Point Press. For this reason, visualizations (i.e. presentation images) are possible at every point (see the visualization texts when clicking on the left).

In the beginning, stretch yourself comfortably and take a few deep breaths. Feel relaxed and comfortable. Free the mind.

The pressure can be different for individual points. Sometimes rubbing or circling is appropriate and sometimes just letting it fly. Trust your own intuition. Breathe relaxed.

Always treat the points one after the other on both sides of the body or both sides of the body simultaneously with two hands.

Give your body a little time to react. Always track something down. You can often feel a slight warming or a tingling sensation towards the body during or after the treatment.

If you then do the final exercises (see left), then you have a perfect revitalization of the body with the channels, the organs and the body cells. The effect on the body is enhanced if you breathe deeply into the abdomen up to the pelvis and then exhale in a relaxed manner …
