Wood points are especially helpful for complaints caused by the wind (for example, acute headaches)

Fire Point at Kidney Meridian K2
Fire points are especially helpful in the case of heat-related ailments (for example, great restlessness, summer heat)

Earth point in kidney meridian K3
Earth points are particularly helpful for complaints of wetness and mucus (such as heavy legs)

Metal point in Kidney Meridian K7
Metal points help especially with complaints due to dryness (sluggish digestion)

Water point in kidney meridian K10
Water points help especially with cold-induced discomfort (for example, cold legs)

What is particularly interesting about the above element points is that the following point is always used as the sinner point and the preceding point is always used as the mother point.

The mother point always has a toning (strengthening, nourishing) on the son point and the son point always has a sedating (calming) effect on the mother point.

So if you want to strengthen a meridian and thus the corresponding organ, then you can always call in the mother point.

Conversely, if you want to have a calming effect on the mother element, you take the Son point.

Example: If the kidney energy is weakened (osteoprosis, cross pain, rheumatic complaints), then you will treat kidney lead points. But it can also help the mother: One selects therefore on the kidney channel the lung energy point (metal point) N7. Man tonifies (strengthens) the energy that nourishes the water. In other words, when the oxygen supply (mother, metal, lung) is strengthened, it also strengthens the kidneys (child, water).
