You can easily start yawning by continuing the deep breathing in short stages while relaxing.
Larger children may ask you to evoke the yawning itself.

Create a pleasant environment and make the child feel warm and good.
Tell him that during and especially after the treatment, you can relax and let go.
Sleep quality through acupressure
Many people have sleep problems. Either they fall asleep or they wake up in between, or they do not feel refreshed in the morning.
Acupressure has been shown to have a positive influence on the ability to achieve a sustainably refreshing sleep. This is because the energy meridians are stimulated, which releases tension. Through acupressure, a longer sleep and / or improved sleep quality can be achieved.
When you treat yourself, you sometimes notice that there is a point or area that is particularly tense. This is often the right place to start with a relaxing treatment and gently massage the point. In older children, but you can also learn through the conversation, at which points that is the case. The unpleasant feeling of being at the beginning usually disappears very quickly.
Duration of treatment
You can only give guidelines about the duration of the treatment of a point. Usually it’s 30 – 60 seconds. The pressure is very different. Some children are extremely sensitive. There is only a very gentle touch and stroking (stroking) announced. Other kids like it tighter. Follow your own intuition.
As an introduction to the treatment you can, as far as possible, ask the child to first stretch and then relax. And then to evoke the yawn described above.
Older children may also instruct you to perform the point combinations themselves in the case of the case.

My special favorites
are the following point combinations K6 + B62
This is the top combination for me. The eyelids are fast becoming heavy.
The points are under the knuckles of the two foot sides in noticeable recesses.
G20 + B10
Massage and knead the muscle strands of the cervical muscle at the top of the back of the head. Best with thumb and fingers each include a muscle strand and knead. Or massage each point in the direction of the skull. Make the massages on both sides of the head at the same time.
You can also simply massaging, kneading or painting the entire area on the back of the head. This massage has a very calming effect. Then relax briefly and feel the pleasant effects.

CV17 on the center of the chest and Yintang between the eyebrows is also a successful sleep constellation because both points are very calming.

The foot points put too much energy in the head in the feet and therefore have a very calming effect.
LV3
It is also possible to treat LV3 by sitting down the heel of one foot on the gutter between the foot bones of the first and second toe and rubbing up and down there for about 1 minute. At this point, I’ve heard comments like “This is a super point” and “My headaches are actually gone”.
K1
gently squeeze or massage lightly for a few minutes.
K1 is often used to complete a treatment because it generally has a calming effect.
