Stretch comfortably

The stretching of the arms has so many good effects on body and soul, that this little animation sequence has a favorite position in a revitalization programm.

It strengthens the heart, circulation, lungs, digestive system, spine, back, neck, eyes.

The lung volume increases, more oxygen comes into the brain, muscles, tendons and nerves.
By stretching, the spine is brought into balance, and relaxes abdominal muscles and diaphragm.

Raise arms over your head and let them sink down sideways again
While inhaling the move up the arms over your head. The palms slowly turn up outward ,
so that in the end position the palms face to the sky and the elbows are face laterally outward.
Stretch your hands upward a little a few times.
When exhaling hands slowly let sink down sideways.

Feeling: When stretching the arms up, you can feel a sense as if you were lounging comfortably.
Feel how you stretch into inner happiness .

Breathing: When you have inhale let a pleasant feeling to pour into the stomach. Discover how to fill the chest and abdomen with the energy of the sky, or, if you like, of the universe. When exhaling let go all used air out of the mouth. Breathe out all the tensions, narrowings, so that only pure feel-good energy remains within you. It is comparable to the feeling that remains after you loll, stretch and yawn pleasantly.

Number: Make the exercise as often as you like, 3 times, 8 times in a row or whatever.
