Introduction
Point Press for acupressure, massage, shiatsu, tui na ...
Important points for learning and applying just by pressing or massaging points

Point Press is a method to treat the body points (acupuncturepoints) not with needles , but only with hands.

Your daily Point Press Tour - a Wellness - Treatment
If you perform the following treatment you give yourself or others not only a revival (vitalization, energizing) of the body, but you exercise at the same time also the most important points. And you also get a feeling for these important points.

Even if you only do this in a rush - always treat for only 2 to 3 breaths - the internal organs, each part of the body and the whole body will be strengthened and energized.

For many Chinese people (but also in other Asian countries) are not only Qigong exercises for example, in Central Park of Beijing, popular, they also do short Point Press Programs at home to promote health and fitness.

After a Point Press Treatment you will feel well sustained. You have done something for your health, your well being and your energy. Out of the following Point-List you can choose "your favorite items" and get your own treatment-list.

The points have a positive effect on the body in any case. If you like it, then you can enhance the effect even more by treating of every point together with positive thoughts and feelings. This too is in Qigong or Point Press quite common. Therefore, here proposals of point visualizations (ie, mental images) are given.

At the beginning just stretch yourself once with a cosing feeling and take a few deep breaths. Feel relaxed and comfortable. Free your mind.

Press slowly increasing either constant or slightly circular motion or rub the point up and down, or press 20 to 30 times into the point.

The pressure should be firm, but always remain in the range of pleasantness. Trust your own intuition. Breathe relaxed.

Treat most of the points sequentially on both sides of the body.

Let your body a little time to react. Try to physically sense the effect of the point. Often you can perceive during the treatment or thereafter a slight warming or tingling which normally spreads out towards the body.

Now pass through the list on the left and select your favorite points.
